What we Offer
Our mission is to provide patients & their families a place to turn to when temporary housing is needed during treatment. We understand a peaceful home will assist in a patients recovery. We will work with each patient and his or her caregiver to complete the forms required for reimbursement from their health insurance company. If the patient has limited health insurance coverage for temporary housing during treatment we will work with patients on a sliding scale. How Do Reservations Work?
You can apply directly on our website. We understand that dates are fluid during treatment so you will fill out your anticipated arrival and departure dates and then a member of our staff will get in touch with you and confirm unit availability. As your treatment window gets closer our staff will reach back out to you and work with you to confirm your final arrival date. once we reserve a unit for you, you will not loose that unit due to a date change, the unit will be yours until you checkout.
How Do Payments Work?
We ask each patient to verify their level of daily housing coverage with their insurance provider and then we reserve a place for the patient to stay that meets their coverage amount. We provide a bill to the patient, the patient submits the bill to their insurance company and the cost of their stay is covered by insurance with zero or minimal out of pocket expense to the patient or their family!
This system ensures access to affordable, quality housing for everyone. Patients will only be charged for the nights they stay in the unit. If a stay gets cut short for any reason the patient will only pay for the nights they use the unit.
Do You Accept Medicare?
Yes! We accept Medicare for all of our units.
What If I Need To Extend My Stay
Once we reserve a unit for you the unit is yours until you are ready to check out. If your stay gets extended for any reason you can stay in the unit for as long as you need. Our goal is to take the stress of finding a place to stay during treatment off your plate entirely.
Do You Accept Credit Cards
Yes! We accept all major credit cards. We also accept pre-paid debit cards from Medicare.
